At the next course or approximately 72 from the floor lay in another anchor on the hinge and strike jambs.

Identical profile jambs and heads 1 face through 2 face in 1 8 increments are now available kd m g and mk profile.
The base anchors have holes pre drilled so you can fasten the frame to the floor.
These are welded or screwed into the bottom of both jambs.
Wire anchors slide down the jamb throat to be embedded in mortar joints of new masonry construction.
Make any necessary adjustments.
